Harissa Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
2lb Chicken thighs, skin on, bone in - washed and dry
2 tbsp Rose Harissa Paste
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Dried coriander leaf
1/2 a Lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well. Set aside for 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place the chicken thighs on the tray skin side up. Cook for 22 minutes, turning halfway through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check that the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the tray.
Top with fresh coriander and serve with rice and/or vegetables! Enjoy!
