Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup plant milk
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,…)
Instructions
Combine the oats, chia seeds, and salt in a jar.
Add in the milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well.
Finally mix in the frozen berries.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
