Chili Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
450g-500g Raw Shrimp (washed, peeled, deveined)
5 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 -2 Red chilli, finely diced (discard seeds)
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
In a large pan, on medium heat, add the butter, once melted, add the garlic and red chilies.
Sauté for 1 minute.
Next, add the smoked paprika and Cajun seasoning. Sauté for a further 1 minute.
Now add the shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add olive oil, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and sauté for a further 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and serve with either pasta or crusty bread! Enjoy!
