Banana Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal,

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 medium Overripe banana

  • 3/4 cup Almond milk

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas with a fork

  2. Add almond milk and whisk

  3. Add oatmeal and stir

  4. Add chia seeds and stir

  5. Refrigerate overnight
