Inner Knowing

I've been thinking and having conversations about intuition lately.

About that inner knowing.

That quiet place of truth and certainty inside you.

Sometimes we get so caught up in saying, doing, and being the “right” thing that we often lose sight of our knowing.

Or we’ve rested for so long in our trauma that we can’t tell the difference between our trauma responses and our inner voice.

And as a result…

We lose sight of who we truly are and who and what we're called to be, so we spend our days widening the gap between what lies within and what exists and arises outside of and around us.

So…

I invite you to take a moment to pause, breathe and look inward.

To listen.

To feel around for what lies in the quiet places inside you.

To Observe and notice what’s there.

To find healthy ways to work through and move out of reacting to and through trauma.

And then… just let it be.

Let it be the driving force and source of your next move.

Let it propel you through.
