Intention
To be intentional is to be deliberate.
It’s choosing to make decisions and taking action based on what matters to you.
It’s being clear upfront about what you want, who you are, and what you want to achieve.
It’s direction and meaning.
Intentionality is the power of the mind to be present with and about something. It’s the power to hold, represent and stand for things.
It’s a life by the design of your choosing.
Everything I say, do, and write is done with intention and purpose.
I am intentional about who I am, how I show up, how I treat myself and others; About how I spend my time and days. About who I spend my time with.
I intentionally take time to pause, listen and breathe.
Growth, Wellness, and Wholeness are practices of intention.
