Release
What have you been carrying?
Can you put it down?
Can you open your hand and let it go?
Release is about learning to feel.
Learning to put it down and be free.
So often we move through life building up, and building walls.
We carry the weight of our pain and burdens in our minds and body which creates resistance.
Release it.
Put that down.
Take a deep breath and feel the weight of its release.
Find comfort in vulnerability and in letting go.
Move beyond expectation.
Beyond disappointment.
Beyond anything and everything that stops you from living in this moment and let life just be what it is.
Feel your emotions.
And if thoughts arise. Sit with them. Allow them to move through you.
You have a right to your thoughts and emotions. Have them all, feel them all, feel everything, and if you have to cry.. cry. Then get up and keep going.
Tears are your body’s way of putting it all down. Of letting go of all that has built up.
So… JUST LET GO
