Feeling

We are taught and told that unless our feelings are positive and make other people comfortable or feel good that we shouldn’t feel them. That they must be hidden; so we run and fill up all of our time to avoid feeling anything at all. We carry the shame of our hearts and feelings because “we don’t talk about that.”

But…

You can’t keep running.

You can’t keep hiding.

So follow your inner moonlight, and don't hide what you feel.

Feel your feelings.

Sit with them.
