Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients
4 to 6 large slices of bread (or 20 small party-size toasts)
1 Cottage Cheese or Whipped spread of your choosing
8 ounces smoked salmon or lox
1/4 red onion, sliced or chopped
¼ cup capers, drained
Fresh dill sprigs
Instructions
Toast the bread
Season the cottage cheese with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Top each toast with smoked salmon, sliced red onion, and capers. Top with fresh dill sprigs. Add fresh ground black pepper if desired.
