¾ cup cottage cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh berries or chopped apple
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or pecans
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Top with the berries, nuts, cinnamon, and honey. Eat immediately.
