Sangria Sorbet

4 ingredients + 5 minutes of work

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen fruit of choice

  • 2 cups white wine

  • Juice from half of a lemon

  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (honey, simple syrup, maple, agave)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. You can enjoy it right away as a sangria slushy, or pour it into a container and freeze it. It takes about 6 hours to set.

NOTES:

Since it contains alcohol, it does not set completely, so it never gets too hard or icy, which means you can scoop it up straight from the freezer!

Fruit options: Mango, pineapple, nectarine, apricots, raspberries, cherries, etc.

Wine: Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc are always good options, but a good Chardonnay also works here for a little extra sweetness
