Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 ½ tsp lemon zest
1 clove garlic minced, or half tsp garlic powder
fresh black pepper and salt
fresh thyme and parsley for garnish (optional)
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the Air fryer (or oven) to 425°F.
Toss wings with olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon zest, and garlic.
Spray the fryer rack with cooking spray.
Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crisp.
Combine butter and lemon juice and toss with wings. Generously season with extra pepper, salt to taste, and fresh thyme if desired. Serve immediately.
