Green Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup Minced Garlic
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup cooked rice
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup red peppers, finely diced
1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Blend the first six ingredients and season to taste.
Garnish with red peppers. Serve over seafood, chicken, bread, rice, roasted potatoes, fries, and more!
