Green Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Minced Garlic

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup white wine

  • ¼ cup cilantro

  • ¼ cup parsley

  • ¼ cup cooked rice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ cup red peppers, finely diced

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Blend the first six ingredients and season to taste.

  2. Garnish with red peppers. Serve over seafood, chicken, bread, rice, roasted potatoes, fries, and more!
