Homemade Berry Bars

Total Time: 60 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 1/4 cup porridge oats

  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter if you like) ( about 1/2 cup)

  • Handful of chopped strawberries

  • Handful of blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  2. Smash the bananas, then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

  4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

  5. Enjoy!
