Cucumber Chili Popsicles

Total Time: 5 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cup Cubed cucumber peeled, deseeded

  • 1 cup Cubed pineapple, fresh

  • 2 tbsp. Sugar or your favorite sweetener

  • 2 tbsp. Lime juice, fresh

  • 2 tbsp. Tajín chile powder

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender, and process until smooth.

  2. Pour into your molds, snap on the lids, and freeze for at least 5 hours.

  3. After unmolding the popsicles, sprinkle them with some more chile powder and enjoy!!

**If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small plastic cups. Pour mixture into cups and freeze for 30 min to 1 hour. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 more hours.
