Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken ( can also use ground beef or turkey)
olive oil
Spices:
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 diced red onion
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of sweet corn
3 cups enchilada sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Heat a pan over medium heat
Add olive oil + diced onion
Sauté for 3-5 minutes
Add the ground chicken + spices
Sauté until browned
Add in the black beans, corn, enchilada sauce, and cheese
Bake in the oven at 450F for 5 minutes
Then turn the oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes to get the cheese nice and crispy
Serve with tortilla chips!
