Surrender

Surrender is so important.

Surrendering to the moment.

Surrendering to the truth inside you.

Yoga teaches us how to surrender.

How to take time to honor the spaces, places, people, and things that got us where we are.

Yoga teaches us how to honor ourselves.

To turn inward and hold space for who and where we are.

Yoga allows us to soften on and into our mat and accept ourselves.

Yoga allows us to soften, breathe, and let go, all while standing firm, planted, and rooted.

So take time.

Time to pause, breathe, and go beyond the four corners of the mat.

Time to Pause, Breathe, and Return to Self.
