Pause

To pause is to take time to connect with yourself. It is a way to check in with your mind, thoughts, feelings, and emotions and identify the sensation of what is happening inside of you.
It’s taking a break and a step back from the noise to refresh and reenergize your mind and body.
So…
Take time to pause for a while and reflect.
Separate yourself from the noise and chaos of the world and breathe.
Because…
Progress and change lie in our ability to pause, slow down, stay present, and choose how we move forward.
Practice the pause.
When in doubt, pause.
When you are angry and afraid, pause.
When you are frustrated, pause.
When you feel disconnected from your thoughts and emotions, pause.
When you feel overwhelmed, pause.
When you feel lost, pause.
When you feel alone, pause.
When you feel disconnected from your being, pause.
When you feel distracted and disappointed, pause.
Pause before speaking
Pause before judging
Pause before assuming
Pause before accusing
Pause before reacting
Pause before lashing out or storming off
