Watermelon Mint Iced Green Tea
3-4 Servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup watermelon juice, blended then strained
1 2/3 cups green tea, chilled
Drizzle of honey
1/2 lime, sliced or juiced
Small handful of fresh mint
Instructions
brew green tea and let it chill.
Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend, then strain using a colander.
Add mint, lime, chilled green tea, watermelon juice, and honey to a jar.
Stir well and serve in a glass over ice, garnished with a slice of lime and fresh mint, and enjoy.
