Watermelon Mint Iced Green Tea

3-4 Servings


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice, blended then strained

  • 1 2/3 cups green tea, chilled

  • Drizzle of honey

  • 1/2 lime, sliced or juiced

  • Small handful of fresh mint

Instructions

  1. brew green tea and let it chill.

  2. Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend, then strain using a colander.

  3. Add mint, lime, chilled green tea, watermelon juice, and honey to a jar.

  4. Stir well and serve in a glass over ice, garnished with a slice of lime and fresh mint, and enjoy.
