Stuffed Shrimp Shells

Ingredients

  • 16 Large Pasta Shells

  • 2 cup shrimp, chopped

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic

  • 1/4 cup red and green peppers, Finely Chopped

  • 1/4 cup onion, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 tsp (EACH) salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika

Sauce

  • 2 cups of heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp (EACH) salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, thyme, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp (EACH)cream cheese, parmesan cheese, asiago cheese

Additional Ingredients

  • mozzarella

  • parsley

  • oregano

  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions.

  • Combine shrimp, salt + pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, & smoked paprika in a pan add butter, 1.5 tbsp of garlic, and about 1/2-3/4 each of red pepper, green pepper, and an onion

  • Mix and remove once the shrimp is finished

  • In that same pan add butter, 2 tbsp fresh garlic, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of wine, and lemon juice, & simmer

  • Season with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, thyme, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder

  • Add 2 tbsp softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, a little asiago cheese, and parsley

  • Stuff al dente shells

  • Add sauce to the bottom of your pan, your shells, more sauce, mozzarella, oregano, & red pepper flakes

  • Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Then, uncover and broil to brown the top for 3 minutes, watch closely

*Pro tip: ALWAYS cook more shells than you need just in case you have some that fall apart
