Popeye Power Smoothie
Ingredients
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 cup Baby spinach
1 scoop Protein powder (optional protein of your choice)
1 cup Almond milk
1 medium Banana
Instructions
Add your water/almond milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed
Add the spinach, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, protein powder, and banana, and blend until everything is fully mixed.
Drink immediately!
