Peach and Cream Cheese Crostini

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf sourdough or French baguette sliced

  • 2 Peaches

  • Olive oil

  • Cream Cheese

  • Arugula

  • Tomato

  • Ham or prosciutto

  • Honey

  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice Peaches and then sear them with olive oil on both sides.

  2. Pan toast bread on both sides with a little olive oil.

  3. Spread the cream cheese on the bread, and add arugula, tomato, peaches, and some ham. Sweeten with honey and garnish it with fresh basil.

  4. Enjoy
