Mango Island Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk

  • 1 large Mango

  • 1/2 cup Coldwater

  • 1 large Ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Add your water/coconut milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed

  2. Cut your mango add the mango, coconut flakes, and banana, and blend until everything is fully mixed.

  3. Drink immediately!
