Mango Island Smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup Coconut flakes
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 large Mango
1/2 cup Coldwater
1 large Ripe banana
Instructions
Add your water/coconut milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed
Cut your mango add the mango, coconut flakes, and banana, and blend until everything is fully mixed.
Drink immediately!
