Lemon and Basil Nice Cream

Ingredients

• 3 frozen bananas

• pulp of 1 lemon

• zest of 1/2 lemon

• 1 cup plant-based milk

• handful basil

• sweetener of choice

Instructions

1. blend everything until smooth, it will be ready to eat, if you want, or freeze it for 2 hours for a more ice cream-style texture
