Fruit and Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick oats

  • 1 1/4 cup cashew milk (or milk substitute) ⁣

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

  • Pinch of salt⁣

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • Sweetener if desired ⁣

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the protein powder into a bowl and mix. ⁣

  2. Microwave for 1 min 30 sec. Mix and repeat until you reach your desired consistency (this can also be cooked on the stove)⁣

  3. Finally, mix in the protein powder along with a splash of milk!⁣

  • raspberries

  • chocolate chips

  • blueberries

  • cinnamon granola

  • cacao nibs

  • peanut butter
