Ingredients:
6 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 cups almond milk
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup frozen blueberries (defrosted or microwaved for 1 min)
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
add all ingredients to a container and refrigerate overnight!
Good up to 4 days.
