BBQ Salmon Tacos

INGREDIENTS
2 portions of salmon (6oz each)
4 white corn tortillas
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cabbage mix
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 avocado
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, diced
optional: cilantro, red pepper flakes for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut up salmon into bite size pieces. You can leave skin on or remove as well!
In a bowl, add salmon bites and mix with seasonings to coat.
Pour BBQ sauce on top and mix.
Gently place the salmon bites into the air fryer and bake at 390 for 9-10 minutes. Flipping halfway.
Prepare avocado tomato salsa by combining avocado, tomato, red onion, and lime juice. Mix. Set aside.
Heat tortillas over stovetop or in microwave.
Prepare tacos by taking your tortilla, shredded cabbage mix, BBQ salmon bites, and avocado tomato salsa.
Top with cilantro and red pepper flakes.
