Pause and Breathe
Every cell in our body changes, so why do we hold on to old versions of ourselves; old ideas, old ways, old habits.. and so often when we think, or speak about or to ourselves we assign and attach negative adjectives and attributes; which are oftentimes rooted in childhood or ancestral trauma. We recycle and relive old pain and pick at old wounds.
We live on a loop, but today..
When the wound begins to itch and the familiarity of the past calls your name…
Pause and Breathe through it.
