Unlearning
“Once you become a certain age, it is your responsibility to unlearn behaviors that hinder your growth as a person.”
In therapy, you’re taught, or more or less you discover that:
Unlearning is the process of undoing, disregarding, and dismantling ideas, habits, and beliefs that keep you stuck. That keeps you from change and growth.
Unlearning is setting aside all that you have been taught and told and finding and following the path and ideology that is true for and to you.
Unlearning is effort, but Unlearning is the way forward.
Share your thoughts on this.
I would love to hear from you.
